The band was created in February of 2002 by  vocalist Winny Pazi, since then Errana is one of the major names on the Gothic scene in Brazil. By mixing the heavy sound of the Gothic Metal with brazilian music styles like Bossa Nova, Errana makes an original and different kind of music. In 2008 the first single of the band Gray Butterfly went straight to number 1 in Palco mp3, a respected Brazilian site for new bands.

November of 2008 releases the Tears Machine (demo) and brings another hit, She Courtier was the most downloaded song in Bandas de garagem and other sites like Palco mp3. Errana already performed with big metal bands, like Almah, Seventh Seal, Desdominus and Sangrena. The demo Tears Machine received great reviews and helped the Band to reach a new level in brazilian metal scene.
